#Distance Statistics

Distance statistics show how far your signal travelled in each contest QSO. The longest QSO, the average distance per band and the distribution of distances give a picture of the reach of your station and of the band conditions. They are best read together with beam heading and continent statistics. Comparing the figures between years shows whether a change at the station made a difference. The articles under this tag explain how to read these numbers without over-interpreting them.
