These Terms of Service govern the use of Contest Analyzer (contestanalyzer.com and app.contestanalyzer.com, the “Service”), operated by Internet Solutions, UAB, company code 302617697, Tvenkinių g. 8A, Šakių k., Kauno r. sav., LT-47415, Lithuania (“we”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Contest Analyzer checks amateur radio contest logs in Cabrillo format and shows probable errors in callsigns and exchanges. Results are guidance to help you review your log. They are not the official adjudication of any contest; each contest’s own log checking committee makes the final decision.
2. Your account
- You must give a correct name and e-mail address and keep your password secret.
- You may check logs only for callsigns that are added to your account and verified. A callsign may be verified automatically or by our administrator, and we may refuse or withdraw verification.
- One account is for one person or one station team. Sharing an account to check other people’s logs is not allowed.
3. Your logs
You may upload only logs you have the right to use: your own logs and logs of your team or club with their permission. You keep the rights to your logs. You give us permission to store and process them to provide the Service, including, in anonymous form, to improve checking accuracy for all users, as described in the Privacy Policy. We never show your log to other users.
4. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed per month in EUR and differ in the maximum number of QSOs per log. Current plans and prices are shown on the Pricing page. Prices are shown without VAT; 21% VAT is added to every payment.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: do not try to access other users’ data, overload or attack the Service, or upload files that are not contest logs. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
6. Liability
We work to keep the Service accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We are not liable for contest results, lost points or decisions of contest committees. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
7. Changes and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version and important changes will be announced in the Service.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
